Returns and Exchange
Returns and Exchanges of The Miss’s footwear have never been easier.
We understand that even though we use a precise size chart to pick the perfect fit, picking the ideal sizes can sometimes go wrong. During such circumstances, you can choose to return or exchange the product.
- In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 10 days for a different size of the same style or opt for a credit note.
- If your desired size is unavailable in the same style, you can then exchange it for another style of a similar value.
- In any case, a monetary refund will not be provided.
- For a return or exchange to be successful, the item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- Returned items will be examined by the quality-check team. If the product(s) fail to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned, they will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
