Shipping Policy
- We, at The Miss, know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time.
- We use a large network of courier services to ensure that the products reach you as fast as possible. We are just as excited to send The Miss’s footwear to you as you are to receive it.
- We deliver across India and use reliable courier services for delivery. You will receive your order within 6 to 8 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Even though we make use of the best logistics partners in India, the delivery of your shipment might get further delayed due to:
- National Holidays
- Pandemic
- Festivals
- For outlier locations, in case your address is not serviceable by our partners, we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make The Miss’s footwear reach your doorstep.
- Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value.
- In unfortunate cases wherein a prepaid order is cancelled or lost in transit from our side, the whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded to you.
COD Orders:
- Shipping for Prepaid orders across India is free. For COD Orders we charge a fixed amount of INR 99 per order.
- Our courier partners will connect with you to provide you with the shipping details at the time of delivery. Failing to receive or attend to the calls will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.
